Frequently asked questions

I'm stuck on a level. What should I do?

Check which tape covers another piece and try a different peel order. Some versions offer optional hints, including rewarded-ad hints after the tutorial.

Rewarded advertisements are unavailable.

Check your connection and retry later. Availability depends on network conditions, region and advertising consent. If an ad does not load, avoid repeatedly tapping; close the prompt and continue when possible.

The game is muted or vibrates unexpectedly.

Open the in-game Settings screen to review sound and haptic controls. Also check your device's sound and accessibility settings.

My progress has disappeared.

Progress is saved on the device. Clearing app data, reinstalling or changing devices may remove local progress. Contact support with the level you reached and the device information; restoration is not guaranteed.

How do I change my privacy choices?

In builds that require an advertising privacy options entry, open the game Settings screen and select Privacy Options. Device operating-system privacy settings can also control tracking or ad identifiers. See the Privacy Policy.
