1. Who we are

Peel Pop is developed by GG Games Studio. Our developer website is gggamesstudio.dev. For privacy questions or requests, use Peel Pop Support or write to support@gggamesstudio.dev.

2. Game progress and on-device settings

Peel Pop stores gameplay progress, such as your current level, and preferences such as sound and haptic feedback locally on your device. These are used to resume the game and remember your settings. The reviewed game implementation does not require you to create a GG Games Studio account.

Removing the app or clearing its local data may erase this saved progress. Local app data is not the same as information processed by advertising providers.

3. Advertising and device information

Versions of Peel Pop that include advertising may use Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads to show rewarded advertisements (for optional hints) and occasional interstitial advertisements. Whether a particular advertisement is available depends on the app build, region, connection and privacy choices.

When its advertising SDK is active, Google may automatically process the following categories to serve and measure ads, maintain performance and prevent abuse:

• IP address, which can be used to infer approximate location;
• Device or advertising identifiers, where permitted by device settings and consent;
• App interactions such as launches, taps and ad views;
• Diagnostics such as app startup, performance and crash-related information.

4. Purposes and sharing

Local game data supports progress and preferences. Where ads are enabled, data processed by Google may be used for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and technical diagnostics. Advertising-related data may be transmitted to Google and its advertising partners under their own policies, applicable safeguards and consent requirements.

We do not offer an in-game feature to sell player account profiles. We do not currently require an account, but third-party advertising processing must still be considered when reviewing your privacy choices.

5. Consent and advertising choices

On supported iOS builds, Peel Pop integrates Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request or refresh relevant advertising consent where required. When privacy options are required, they can be accessed through the in-game Privacy Options setting. Your device may also offer controls for advertising identifiers, tracking permissions and personalized advertising.

Consent screens and privacy options vary by country and the version of the game. When consent is required, you may decline or revise available choices; the relevant advertising functionality may change as a result.

6. Contacting support

If you contact us by email, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your address, device model, app version, problem description or screenshots. We use it to investigate and respond to your request. Avoid sending passwords, payment details or other unnecessary sensitive information.

7. Storage, retention and deletion

On-device game progress remains until you clear the app’s data or uninstall it, subject to the operating system’s backup and restore settings. Support communications are kept only as necessary to handle requests, maintain reasonable support records and meet applicable legal obligations. Google and other service providers apply their own retention and deletion practices.

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of applicable information by visiting our data request page. Because Peel Pop does not currently use a GG Games Studio player account, there is no player account to delete.

8. Children and families

Age eligibility, advertising restrictions and applicable parental safeguards depend on the released store version, its designated audience and local law. We aim to apply the relevant child-protection and consent requirements. Parents or guardians with privacy concerns can contact us using the support information below.

9. Security and international processing

We use platform-level controls and applicable technical safeguards. Google reports that information transmitted through its mobile advertising SDK is encrypted in transit. No system can guarantee absolute security. Third-party service providers may process information outside your country, subject to their policies and legal safeguards.

10. Updates

We may update this policy when Peel Pop features, SDKs or privacy requirements change. The effective date shown at the top identifies the version of this policy. Material changes may also be communicated through the game or website where appropriate.
